The Federal Room was once used as the grand ballroom to entertain Alexander Ellice's affluent guests in the early 1800s. The fireplace is original to the house, and it bears the British Royal Coat of Arms. This oversized suite offers a king-sized bed, sitting area, a private bath and an optional additional full bed. This suite can accommodate up to four guests. Guests also have access to a sun proch that overlooks the English Garden.
