The cost of the rooms includes a full course breakfast; coffee, tea, juice, choice of quiche, or frittata or french toast, homemade breakfast breads, yogurt and fresh fruit in season.

Double occupancy rate is between $110 and $145
On WEEKENDS the Double Occupancy Rate is $125 to $145
The rate for each additional person is $35
An additional bed in a room is $50

Suite Accommodations or Business Meetings

The suite has a private bath and a wet bar for entertaining with french doors leading to a large porch. The loft is a studio with half bath. A full bath is available with a robe. If a suite of rooms are needed we accommodate this type of booking. Bed and Breakfast bookings can include multiple rooms if needed.

We cater to intimate wedding receptions, birthday parties, dinner parties, teas, and business meetings. Business professionals are welcome, Special Weekly Rates for long term (one week or more).

Business Guests
We offer wireless Internet, cable television in each room and private bathrooms. Ask for the Federal Room for all the luxury of a suite along with amenties for your business needs. Features include a private bath, wetbar, refrigerator, couch, large porch and as much privacy as you need.

Special Needs
The English Garden B & B is accommodating to vegetarian diets or diets with special needs. Guests who travel by train, the train station to NYC, Vermont and Canada is only one block from the B & B. Pickup at the train station is available.
