Double occupancy rate is between $110 and $165
On WEEKENDS the Double Occupancy Rate is $125 to $165

NO cancellations for Union College special events weekends - i.e. parents weekend, graduation etc.

Suite Accommodations or Business Meetings

One suite has a private bath and wet bar for entertaining with French doors leading to the porch. If a suite of rooms is needed, we accommodate this type of booking for family reunions, business travel, weddings or holiday gatherings. Bed & Breakfast bookings to include multiple rooms if needed.

We cater to intimate wedding receptions, birthday parties, dinner parties, teas, bridal showers, baby showers and business meetings. The English Garden Bed & Breakfast accommodates vegetarian and special needs diet.

Business Guests
Business professionals are always welcome. Ask about our special weekly rates for long term stays (one week or more). All rooms are equipped with free wireless internet with printing and faxing services available.

Special Needs
The English Garden B & B is accommodating to vegetarian diets or diets with special needs. Guests who travel by train, the train station to NYC, Vermont and Canada is only one block from the B & B. Pickup at the train station is available.
